THUNDERDOME
3000 STUDIOS

PRIVACY POLICY

Effective date: October 4, 2026 · Last updated: October 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how 3000 Studios ("we") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit thunderdome.store (this website) and when you play Thunderdome: AeroStrike ("the Game"), currently in development and closed beta.

Closed beta signup (this website)

If you sign up for the closed beta on this site, we collect the email address you enter and, optionally, a callsign/name. We use this only to administer the beta: sending your invite, test-flight instructions, and beta-related updates. Signup records are stored by our website infrastructure provider (Cloudflare). We do not sell signup emails, and we do not add them to unrelated marketing lists. To be removed from the beta list at any time, email us at mr.jwswain@gmail.com and we will delete your signup.

Cookies and advertising on this website

This website is supported by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies — including the DoubleClick cookie — to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites, and to measure ad performance. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings, and learn more about how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) also processes basic request logs (such as IP address and browser type) to operate and secure the site.

Information the Game collects

How we use information

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with the service providers needed to run the site and the Game: Google (Firebase, Play Billing, Ads) and Cloudflare (website hosting and multiplayer matchmaking infrastructure).

Data retention

Beta signup emails are kept while the beta program runs and are deleted on request. Cloud saves are kept while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account data at any time (see Contact below), after which your cloud saves and profile are removed.

Children

The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections, authenticated-only database access, and per-player data isolation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the Game or on our site.
